Beijing summer palace
The Summer Palace is a vast lake, garden and imperial palace in Beijing, which is located in the Haidian District northwest of Beijing, Summer Palace is 17 kilometers away from downtown area of Beijing.
Being the largest and most well-preserved royal park in China, It shows as famous tourist destination and recreational park. Mainly dominated by Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, it covers an expanse of 2.8 square kilometers, three-quarters of which is Kunming lake, and it greatly influences Chinese horticulture and impressive landscape with amazing natural views, which also has long been recognized as "The Palace of imperial Garden".
