Beijing Tiananmen Square
Beijing Tiananmen Square is located in center area of Beijing City, which is the biggest city square in the world, occupying area of 450,000 square meters, and able to accommodate around 2,000,000 people at one time, which is a must place to experience in Beijing City.
The square contains the monuments to Chinese people's heroes of the revolution, the great hall of people, the National Museum , and the Chairman Mao Zedong Memorial Hall , our Great late chairman Mao Zedong proclaimed the founding of the People's Republic in the square on Oct. 1st, 1949, and the anniversary of event still observed there on October 1st every year.
