Lhasa Jokhang Temple
The Lhasa Jokhang Temple is the holiest site in Tibetan Buddhism, which was founded during the reign of King Songtsän Gampo.
For all of Tibetans it is the most sacred and famous temple in Tibet, and it is the spiritual center of Tibet and the holiest destination for all Tibetan Buddhist pilgrims. The temple's architectural style is a mixture of Indian, Tibetan and Nepalese design.
