The bus will drive to your hotel at 8:00am. The road to Suzhou will take us about two hours. The next one and a half hours we will spend at Lingering Garden. Its design is rather interesting, and you will see that the whole object is divided into four zones, each with its own theme and style. Thus, the oldest part of Lingering Garden is its central zone. Of course, this beautiful object was included into UNESCO list in 1997. We will also stop at the traditional museum of Suzhou and see various exhibited items there.
Silk has been manufactured by people in this part of the globe for thousands of years. At the silk museum you will see interesting prints and genuine paintings made on this material. You will be surprised by the fact what unbelievable things can be made out of silk.
After one-hour lunch and a rather long ride we will reach Zhou Zhuang. Here you will have 1.5 hours to learn some interesting facts about the water village and see how people live here today. This will be our final stop on the tour schedule. You will be back in Shanghai by 6:00pm.
